The ORCGA has recently announced some pretty exciting news! They will be welcoming a new President and CEO come August.  Bryon Sackville, who possesses extensive industry knowledge and experience, will begin working with the ORCGA on August 1, 2013, and will assume the role of President and CEO from Jim Douglas on September 27, 2013.

After ten impactful years, we would like to thank and acknowledge Jim Douglas for the time and effort he has poured into the ORCGA. Jim has been a major contributing factor to the growth and success of the organization and our industry. The ORCGA now boasts 13 different geographical councils and many people have received the ‘call before you dig’ message because of Jim’s hard work.

Bryon Sackfield, brings 18 years of experience as a supervisor, manager, and vice president in the utility service industry to the ORCGA. During his time in these positions, Bryon has worked closely alongside many industry clients and he displays vast knowledge in the areas of contract tendering, business development, safety, deployment, budgeting, and strategic planning.

On behalf of the Super Sucker team we would like to welcome Bryon to the ORCGA! We look forward to many exciting opportunities and ideas, while we work together to increase awareness and decrease damages across the province.
