SCOPE
This Privacy Policy sets out how Super Sucker Hydro Vac (“Company”) collects and uses personal information related to the mobile application called “Super Sucker Hydro Vac – Timecard & Ticket”.
PURPOSE FOR COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Company collects personal information in order to provide services to its users and clients and to improve Company’s understanding of how its users are using the services it provides. The purpose of collecting additional information is ultimately to improve processes for Super Sucker Hydro Vac.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Company uses personal information for delivering services and for in-app activities, including but not limited to sending e-mail and making telephone calls. Company collects personal location information in order to provide location-based service, which is transmitted back to the Super Sucker Hydro Vac administrative office.
DISCLOSURE OF LOCATION INFORMATION
The Super Sucker Hydro Vac – Timecard & Ticket application involves using and distributing mobile device location information. Location information may be disclosed to other users and third parties, such as clients, as part of providing the Super Sucker Hydro Vac service.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Company shall retain personal information for at least as long as it is necessary to provide services to the relevant end user. Personal information may also be retained afterwards or may be retained in the form of archival backups.
THIRD PARTY INTEGRATIONS
Company may integrate with third party services such that personal information is collected by third parties for their own use.
